Returns

1. Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Some types of products are exempted from being returned. This would be specified on the product page.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted* 

* Any item that is opened for use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. Exchanges

  • We only exchange / replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit.  If you need to exchange it for these reasons, send us an email at returns@lifestylz.com.au to lodge an exchange request. However, please note this needs to be done within 2 days from the day of delivery, after which no exchange request shall be accepted.
  • If we are unable to replace the purchased item, we will offer you a full refund.

3. Refunds

  • For any returns or refund / exchange request, please email us at returns@lifestylz.com.au. Once your request is received, we will review & notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
  • Restocking fees: For returns due to change of mind purchases, restocking fees may be levied. You will be notified of these fees via email.
  • If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied your original method of payment (minus restocking fees), within a 3 days of approval
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, credit card or paypal again & contact the necessary parties to investigate. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@lifestylz.com.au.

4. Shipping

  • Upon accepting your return or exchange request, you will be emailed with the shipping address or be provided with a return paid shipping label.
  • Shipping costs if paid are non refundable unless the item being returned is damaged or is different from your actual purchase.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the item was delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
